James brings 15 years of registered nursing experience across intensive care, emergency nursing, trauma care, mobile intensive care nursing, telemetry, surgical step-down, cardiac catheterization, and interventional radiology. Having cared for patients through serious illness and injury, he understands how care is delivered and the decisions clinicians face as a patient’s medical condition deteriorates. He also knows how important it is to feel heard when something about medical care does not make sense. James listens closely and explains medical care, clinical decisions, and the records themselves in a language patients, families, and law firms can understand. His extensive clinical experience informs how he examines the documentation, helping identify concerns that warrant investigation while giving contradictory evidence the attention it deserves.
