Effective October 11, 2026
Website Privacy Policy
MFIntelligence Group LLC (MFIG) provides this policy for visitors to its public website and people who submit an inquiry through the website or its intake email address.
October 11, 2026 update: website inquiries now require a selection describing how you heard about MFIG. This policy explains how that answer is used.
Information collected
The website form requires your selected answer about how you heard about MFIG. You may choose "Not sure" if you do not remember.
When you submit a request, MFIG receives the information you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, mailing address, law firm name when applicable, requested service, and general information about the matter, record volume, specialty, and timing. Email inquiries include your email address, message, and any other information you choose to send.
Website infrastructure also processes technical information, such as IP addresses, request times, and browser or connection details, to deliver and protect the service. The intake application maintains request identifiers, reference numbers, delivery status, timestamps, and coded values used to detect duplicate submissions and limit excessive requests.
How information is used and shared
MFIG uses your answer about how you heard about us to understand which outreach and referral sources bring inquiries. The answer is included in the internal intake email.
MFIG uses inquiry information to respond, evaluate the requested services, discuss scope and next steps, prepare correspondence and agreements, and administer the intake process. Technical information supports website operation, delivery troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
Inquiry information is delivered to MFIG’s intake mailbox and may be handled by personnel responsible for intake and administration. Service providers process information to supply website hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, and business communication services. The website uses Cloudflare infrastructure and Resend for intake email delivery. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or legal process, or as necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.
Medical records and case investigation
Do not send medical records, patient-identifying information, detailed medical facts, or confidential case materials through the public intake form or ordinary email. MFIG will provide instructions for its designated secure records process when appropriate.
The website form delivers an intake request; it does not perform AI medical-record analysis. Submitting an inquiry does not establish an engagement or authorize a medical-record investigation. This policy covers public website inquiries. Before providing medical records for a separate engagement, request the applicable information-handling terms, including any terms for AI-assisted analysis and clinical expert access.
Storage and security
The website’s submission-receipt database stores reference and delivery information and coded values, rather than the contact details or narrative in your request. Your submitted information is transmitted through the email-delivery service to MFIG and may be retained in email and business systems. Provider logs and service records are held separately under their applicable settings and policies.
The website uses HTTPS and intake safeguards such as submission validation and rate limiting. No method of online transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. For questions about information retained in connection with your inquiry, contact MFIG using the address below.
Cookies, technical activity, and browser signals
The MFIG website application does not set advertising cookies or embed advertising or analytics scripts. It does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal.
Cloudflare, our infrastructure provider, may process traffic information over time and across websites using its services for network operation and security, as described in its privacy policy. Email-service processing is described in Resend’s privacy policy. Links to external services are subject to those services’ privacy practices.
Privacy questions and requests
To ask about information submitted to MFIG, request a correction, or make an access or deletion request, email intake@mfintelligencegroup.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Include your request reference if available, but do not attach sensitive records or identity documents.
MFIG may need to verify your identity and clarify the request before responding. Whether information can be provided, changed, or deleted depends on applicable law and any recordkeeping, contractual, or legal obligations.
Policy updates
MFIG will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be identified in a notice on this page, with additional notice or consent where required by applicable law.
