After the investigation, your 20–30 minute RN consultation explains the findings and outlines practical steps to obtain missing records and prepare appropriate questions for treating providers.

Includes a written Clinical Investigation Report documenting the findings, supporting medical record references, unresolved questions, and recommendations for further expert review and confirmation, plus a consultation to discuss the findings and next steps.
- When physician review and confirmation is warranted, the findings are organized into a focused briefing containing all relevant evidence for the selected physician expert.
- When evidence supports an expert opinion on nursing-related errors, a specialty-qualified registered nurse will provide an independent expert witness declaration within their scope of practice and expertise for litigation support at no additional cost beyond the specialty clinical investigation fee. Deposition and trial testimony are separately scoped and quoted.
